Next Generation Consoles

Ok,We got the Wii, PS3, and XBOX 360, ok the time frame between the ps2 and xbox to the xbox 360 and ps3 was a couple of years, and just look how much the graphics have improved and the technology has increased, now you have moiton sensitive controllers and internet and the whole 9 yards, im asking what will the nest gen consoles be like for the XBOX 1080(juest guessing on the names here) PS3 or the Nintendo Wii 2, will there be memory transplants like the matrix? or will there be full body moiton sensitive controllers? post your message and tell me what your opinion well be on the future of gaming, and also take my poll and tell what present day gaming console you like tyhe best

Haha yea, full body suits would be freakin sweet! I would definitely buy a system that I could put sensors all around me so I could jump and kick and punch by actually playing the game. I think the Wii is sort of next gen, since its technology is new, it is unique and therefore it is next gen. But on standard hardcore gaming, the 360 has the others down. However I'm hoping here in the next year the PS3 will rise up and break out with some great games. Still the PS3 is great and the graphics are stunning and the gameplay, but its online seems to not be too good and online play is a must for next gen consoles. The PS3 is a tremendous system now, but I think the reason it isn't as popular is the price tag. If it was as much as the 360, it would have a much better chance in the sales. But I don't have a favorite system since I've only really played the PSP. I'll be sure to get a PS3 probably by this summer though .

EDIT: Oh yea! I completely forgot about the Wii. Well I've played it cuz I used to have one, but I sold it a few months ago. It was fun at first, but it got old. I have Super Mario Strikers which was REALLY hard after the first couple of tournaments!
Madden NFL 07 was ok. And I played Zelda The Twilight Princess which was a classic but definitely what I had in mind, Zelda should stay as a standard controller game. And Mortal Kombat Armageddon sucked for it. Like I said, it was fun at first, but it got old. A 360 or PS3 would be better imo. or PSP I guess.

DS,PSP,XBOX 360 are the ones i got out of that i like the xbox cuz better games and its the newest i got

i know i grew up playing ps3 too, i go wiht ps3, its just superior in power and graphics as Cnet independent studies show.

and this year its supposed to crush the 360.

But i heard that the Army is making implantable chips like where the soldiers inter a matrix, i have no idea if this is true, researched it and there are rumors only.

But thats would be awsome, and place like matrix where your actaully holding a gun instead of imagining it. It could give us such new worlds to explore.

I have to say PS3.Agree with most of you guys.

Iv got to say ps3 but i have to give credit to xbox 360 because both consoles are producing similar games even tho the ps3 has more power and capabilities then the 360.

I don't think it's fair to include the PSP and DS in the poll.
They are not next generation consoles.
That's like saying "What's your favorite animal kingdom?" and someone replying with "frog."

PS3 ofcourse is the next gen console but the handhelds arent people.
