Tattoo Ideas...

I kind of have an idea of a tattoo but i'm just not very creative at all. So i would kind of like help/input or ideas on how to go about doing it.

I kind of want like 2 separate things but intertwined together if that makes sense.


I want it to represent both sides of life meaning the "good and happiness" and the other side representing the "bad and misery or darkness" of life and i was thinking of a pretty decent sized tattoo. And having these 2 linked like by a Chain or something representing that you must take the good along with the bad. Like they go hand in hand together.

And i was thinking of having it linked by the chain and being like draped over my shoulder or something in some way like either around the back of me and the actual picture showing around the pectoral region or kind of on my side...and having one picture on my more towards my stomach and the other more on my back...and something between the 2 like in the middle of where they would be separated.


Anyways i know there is probably a lot of artistic and creative people on this forum and was hoping i could get ideas. Or maybe pictures either drawn or found that could represent the idea or the 2 different variations meaning the 2 sides of life i'm talking about.



I hope that makes sense...it's hard enough coming up with the idea to me and a whole nother thing trying to explain it without actually doing it in person or with ACTUAL words.

So you mean like a ying and yang thing? Have you tried talking to the tattoo artist? They always seem to have great ideas :p But like you said, I'm not really artistic either.

Yeah i have considered it. But i dont know of a good one in my area at the moment so im just seeing if i can get something a little more concrete of maybe better ideas to go in with.

How about a person like split into 2 sides, with 1 side of him dark and the other white. Sounds abit stupid lool

Im not saying draw something like him, but similar to the prince of persia guy, like if i remember right, on the front cover half of him is like evil and half is good.

i always wanted a barcode on my neck :p i dont remember what movie it was in but it was awesome

Um that would be the Hitman Movie. The best thing to do is not get a tattoo until you are 100% sure because remember its there forever. Maybe ask the artiest but go home and think about it and maybe change it or whatever just be careful what you pick.

I all ready have 2. And am very happy with them.

or u cud get Prince of Persia tattoos. The ones on his arm.
I remember vaguely how they luk but they lukd cool.
