My friend at school had the EXACT same thing that happend to you (except for the 5th tooth). He said it swelled his mouth and made his jaw and tounge hurt.

haha i was all drugged up it was the best sleep ever..its the next day that kills ya...i got it done on friday and its still swollen and just starting to bruise.

also that fifth tooth was undeneath the roots of my bottom teeth...stick ur finger between ur gum and lips right at the front of your mouth then where your gum meets with ur lip thats where i gave to many stitches...most painful thing thats ever happened to me.

I had mine surgically removed when I was in Jr High, before they came through. Don't get me wrong, you're gonna be sore... for me the worst part was not being able to eat solid foods. They're my favorite kind of food!

Wisdom teeth are different then your premature teeth. First you have your baby teeth, then reg teeth, and then your wisdom teeth (in most cases), which are the ones in the very back of your mouth. Most people have to have them removed because there isn't enough room in their mouth for them, and few people don't. Very painful obviously.
